	0508	Initiated Community Outreach Center The 1st challenge is the main target for the center and the second one may be keeping these sites updated and it may be helpful to link to sites that are regularly maintained. The referral center is probably one of the more helpful pieces of information you can provide. "I like the color scheme and the organization. The key step will be trimming down the information so that the most useful information is highlighted. That can be done once more links are gathered."
Jason Woo, MSIII UC	0608	Survey Monkey is a good survey tool. The main goal of the website is community and patient/ parent education, the webpages should be simplified and geared toward the basic issues parent may have (parent education oriented, rather than academic articles).
