As a group of medical students and attending physicians in pediatric ambulatory service, we start to bring our learning activities to the webpages. We learn each other to improve our service to patients and their families, and contribute to medical education at primary practice.

Fever       MSIIIs: 3 years old boy, coming for fever 3 days, max 102.
 
Vomiting  

How many vomites during how long period?
When was the 1st vomit?
When was the last vomit?
How many comites during last hour (If has)?
Solid or liquid food intake before and after last vomit? (What kinds of food and how much)

  MSIII: 2 years old girl, coming for vomiting 12times during last 2 days.
Attending: What should we do? Sending to ER? or starting oral hydration?
MSIII: 2 years old girl, coming for vomiting 12times during last 2 days. The 1st time was at 10am two days ago, last vomit was last 8 pm, 14 hours ago, after drinking a bottle of milk. She tolerated several ounces of water in this morning.
Attending: The girl mostlikely will tolerate oral hydration.
