My 4 month well check up visit on August 9, 2006 |
|
| |
I was a 28 week premier born with weight of 1140gm and was discharged from NICU when I was 77th days old. |

Today is my 4 month old well check-up. My weight, height, and head circumference almost reach the normal range for full term babies. |
|
| |
I smile to my mother and doctor, my eyes can follow my doctor's face from side to side. I turn to voices and imitate my doctor's sound quite well. I can push my shoulders up and stand on my feet with someone holding me. My doctor tells my mother that my speech, motor, and social development are all going tp reach the normal range for full term babies. |

Early kangaroo care with touch, book reading, and music exposure can promote developmental and learning stimulations for premiers. |
